Transition into the autumn

Gift yourself a half day yoga retreat, the chance to switch off from the duties of every day life, and re-fill your own cup after the holidays. Re-connect to yourself and a beautiful community and enjoy powerful holistic practices to help you transition into the autumn.

This Retreat Day will focus on the element of AIR, and help you tap into positive expression, self appreciation and transformation.

 

Enjoy a total mind body reset with two full Yoga practices and a guided Meditation with Antonia. The practices will start with specific breath work to calm the mind, and an invigorating heart opening Mandala Vinyasa flow to de-stress the body and uplift your spirit. We will then unwind and nourish with a Yin sequence and guided Meditation with sound to guide you even deeper into your own compassion, trust, and power within.

As well as the holistic practices, we will enjoy delicious and nutritious, gut - loving snacks, and fuel throughout. A big part of looking after our bodies is what we put inside them, that's why we love having Rebecca, a registered Gut health Nutritionist on board to help us nourish our bellies! The day will finish with a gut - loving plant based spread and homemade chocolates by Rebecca AKA Healthy Gut Kitchen.

Antonia has a lighthearted approach to teaching and guides her students through the limits of their mind, into the full potential of their body.

She shares the physical, and psychological benefits of each pose so you may deepen your practice,and feel your best on both inside and outside.

Antonia will lead you through an energising Mandala flow, a Yin sequence, and a  self love meditation to help you de-stress the body and uplift the mind.

Rebecca is a passionate nutritionist with a focus on gut health and a love for cooking. She's dedicated to inspiring others to find joy in the kitchen, nurturing both their body, gut and mind. Rebecca will create a seasonal plant-based menu, using autumnal ingredients and herbs, leaving you feeling truly nourished!
