WINTER WELLNESS ESCAPE

Escape the busyness of everyday life, and embark on a journey of self compassion at our day retreat designed to nourish your body, mind and soul.
Winter wellness escape is a chance for you to de stress the entire body, uplift your mind and renew your energy, just in time for Winter.
Enjoy two full yoga practices and a guided meditation with Antonia. The post yoga bliss will be accompanied by a delicious seasonal lunch by Becky aka @Healthygutkitchen.
Take this time for you, set new intentions, reflect and release anything you're looking to let go off.
As well as the holistic practices, there will be an opportunity to chat and laugh, share and connect with like-minded others in the beautiful community.

MEET THE TEAM

Antonia has a lighthearted approach to teaching and guides her students through the limits of their mind, into the full potential of their body.
She shares the physical, and psychological benefits of each pose so you may deepen your practice,and feel your best on both inside and outside.

Antonia will lead you through an energising Mandala flow, a Yin sequence, and a self love meditation to help you de-stress the body and uplift the mind.

Rebecca is a passionate nutritionist with a focus on gut health and a love for cooking. She's dedicated to inspiring others to find joy in the kitchen, nurturing both their body, gut and mind. Rebecca will create a seasonal plant-based menu, using autumnal ingredients and herbs, leaving you feeling truly nourished!
