A chance for you to detach from the busyness of everyday life, de stress your entire body, uplift your mind and renew your energy. Just in time for Winter. two full yoga practices and a guided meditation with Antonia, and a delicious seasonal menu by Rebecca Traylen aka healthy gut kitchen.

As well as the holistic practices you will be able to connect with like-minded others and enjoy the open community.
